Light Echo...week 2

For reasons unknown this star suddenly expanded- becoming the brightest light in the Milkeyway, then it just as mysteriously faded. This photo was taken from the Hubble Telescope. The effect is called a Light Echo because light from the star is seen bouncing off preexisting space dust. This light echo is six light years in diameter. I love pictures of deep space. This one reminds me of an angelic space dragon.
